Are all your products natural and organic?

Yes. All our products are natural, organic, vegan, and cruelty-free. We use only fresh ingredients
and ensure they are sustainably sourced. Our products are free of artificial colors, artificial
fragrances, genetically modified organisms, and other harsh chemicals that may have a negative
effect on your skin and the environment.


Do you offer samples?

Most of our products come with a sample you can purchase and try out before buying the full
size. Please, note that we do not offer returns on sample purchases.


I'm having issues placing an order on your website

Please, contact us if you have a problem using or placing an order on our website. We’ll be
happy to help you.


How do you deliver products?

We process orders and ship them out via USPS as soon as we confirm your payment. Usually,
our customers receive their orders in 3 – 5 business days. We deliver products to all the states in
the U.S., but we don’t ship internationally.


How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an automated email from us immediately after we dispatch your order. You will
get a tracking number you can use to track the order’s progress.


My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

We do our best to ensure all orders arrive safely. However, if you receive a damaged product or
your order doesn’t arrive, please contact us immediately. We’ll be happy to help.


Can I add a gift note to my order?
